And it’s about way more than just exercise – ChickFit is all about helping to give you confidence back in your body by integrating functional movement, soft tissue therapy, nutrition and self care to suit each individual client on their journey.
Who I work with
You can choose from specialist classes, 1-2-1 programmes and online courses that are specially designed for:

- Women who want to reduce a diastasis (abdominal separation) and / or improve core strength
- Women recovering from c-section, hysterectomy and other pelvic surgeries
