Welcome.

I’m so happy and excited to have you here as part of the ChickFit Tribe. This membership portal is about so much more than just exercise classes. You’ll also get recipes, masterclasses, and optional 6-Week Challenges to keep you on track.

I’m adding new videos and recipes regularly so keep your eyes peeled for all of those.

Before you start, have a watch of the welcome video so you know what to expect and where to find it.

Join the Facebook Challenge Group

One of the best things about ChickFit Online is all the extra support you get to keep you on track. Simply join the Facebook Challenge Group and every half term there’ll be a brand new 6-Week Challenge to support you while you do your programme (see below). 

There, you’ll find the community, extra motivation tips, nutrition challenges, regular Q&A sessions and lots more besides.

Choose your programme

Simply choose the 6-Week programme that suits you best right now. Everything you’ll need to complete the programme can be found by heading to the dedicated programme pages. And don’t forget that new programmes will continue to be added.

Explore

Once you’ve chosen your programme, head to the relevant programme page, view the welcome video and download any of the materials you’ll need to help you get started. In addition, you can also explore the Recipe and Mini Masterclass libraries below for nutrition inspiration and loads of help with motivation, goal planning, exercise technique and so much more besides.

Next Challenge

Winter 2020 / 2021

One of the best things about ChickFit Online is all the extra support you get to keep you on track. And that includes regular Challenges that are run throughout the year.

You’ll get access to the private Facebook community, extra motivation tips, nutrition challenges, regular Q&A sessions and a workout planner. The next Challenge will start from Monday 7th September. Look out for a link to the FB group soon (will also be emailed to you).

Mini Masterclasses

This is where you can get hold of all of the mini masterclasses. These short videos are going to cover everything from your pelvic floor to press ups, from motivation to maximising your results. In short, tutorials and advice that will keep you on track and get you the best possible results for your hard work. I’ll be adding to this over the coming weeks, so do check back in for new content very soon.
