Holistic Core Restore® BUMP is specially designed to keep mums-to-be strong, mobile and pain free throughout pregnancy. The programme incorporates pelvic floor and core care and strengthening, as well as plenty of release and strength work that will help to support you throughout your pregnancy, and beyond into the early days of motherhood.

During the sessions, we’ll work together to create a bespoke programme that addresses your individual needs and covers exercise, nutrition,  self-care and massage, as needed. The programme will include:

1. A 30-minute Zoom assessment where we will talk about your pregnancy, what you want to achieve, as well as doing a posture assessment and discussing how we will ensure the programme works best for you. 

2. A 60-minute in-person session where we will do any necessary soft tissue/massage work, get you connected to your core and pelvic floor and get you started on appropriate exercises.

3. 5 or 11 further 45-minute sessions (either in person or via Zoom or a mixture) where we will take you through an appropriate fitness and mobility programme designed to ensure that you stay strong and mobile throughout pregnancy. You can choose to take these sessions weekly or fortnightly.

3. 1x 60 minute session in the early weeks after the birth, where we will address recovery, nutrition and self-care as well as getting you reconnected to your core and pelvic floor.

4. A homework programme to be completed in between sessions, including a written programme and video demonstration of your key, bespoke exercises.

5. Ongoing support in between sessions.
