Who’s the programme for?

Making fitness a regular part of a busy life can be hard to say the least. But the beauty of the Challenge is that we’re all in it together! We’re not about quick fixes here, but about helping you to find ways of creating an exercise habit that’s sustainable and fits around your life as easily and painlessly as possible.

Make no mistake, you’ll get challenging workouts, but everyone is encouraged to work to their own level. So, whatever your current level of fitness there will be options for you and you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how quickly your fitness builds and you’re able to add in some of the more advanced exercise options. I’ve welcomed many fitness newbies or people who have fallen off the fitness bandwagon for a while and they’re now regular ChickFit Challengers!

What to expect

You have 3 options for joining the Challenge:

  • Join us for a SINGLE 6-WEEK CHALLENGE, which will include the weekly class in Warlingham (Tuesdays at 8pm) and access to our ChickFit Online membership site where you’ll get your weekly homework videos (either free choice or follow one of the structured programmes) and our private Facebook Group for support throughout.
  • Join us for the ONGOING ONLINE + CLASS MEMBERSHIP, where you’ll get the weekly class class (6-Week blocks every half term) and membership / Facebook group access (as above) on an ongoing basis. You can cancel anytime and it works out more cost effectively than taking individual Challenges.
  • Join us for the ONGOING ONLINE MEMBERSHIP, for anyone who is unable to join the class, but still wants all of the support that our class members also receive.

Whichever option you choose, this programme is designed to increase your fitness levels quickly, but at a pace that’s right for you. You’ll have plenty of access to Alix to ask any questions you have and receive guidance on the best ways to make the most of the programme.

What you’ll receive

  • Weekly 45-minute class (Tuesdays, 8pm, Warlingham Church Hall) – unless you choose the ONLINE option
  • A library of well over 100 HIIT, Strength and Mobilise workouts (10-40 minutes long), plus structured 6-Week fitness programmes to choose from too.
  • A library of recipes and mini masterclasses on things like your pelvic floor, press up technique, staying motivated and soooo much more!
  • A dedicated, private Facebook group, where you’ll be able to ask questions, encourage each other throughout and build up a great community spirit.
  • Weekly motivation videos and nutrition challenges to help you make small but manageable changes to the way you eat and to your mindset.

Please note that you will need a couple of inexpensive items of equipment for the workouts. To start you’ll need 2x 3kg dumbbells and a resistance band. As you progress through the weeks you may find that you want to increase your weight on some of the exercises and may wish to purchase some heavier dumbbells and / or a kettlebell in the future as well.

Please note: new mums should wait at least six months and until they have regained core and pelvic floor strength before moving onto the Challenge. You can opt for Holistic Core Restore® EveryWoman programme (class and online) to help you get started.
