Over the course of 6-weeks we’ll work on all aspects of your fitness, from the physical side, to the nutrition that you need to support your transformation, to the changes you may need to make to your mindset to ensure long-term change.
This is ideal for anyone who feels they need extra support and accountability, and after an in-depth 1.5 hour assessment, you’ll get:
- Fortnightly skype reviews where we will discuss your progress, any roadblocks you’re experiencing and talk about what’s next
- Weekly mindset themes to ensure you will stick with the programme both now and for the long term
- 6-week exercise programme (videos just for you) and homework if there are any areas such as alignment, for example, that we need to work on.
- Regular food diary reviews, nutrition coaching and accountability (KEY!)
- Sample shopping lists and menu ideas
- You can do this option with or without Personal Training
