My passion is Women’s Fitness and Wellness. So, I’ve built a core group of programmes that are designed to help women navigate through every life stage feeling confident, strong and in control, as well as educated and knowledgeable about their own bodies.

None of the programmes I offer are just about exercise and although that is a key component, I strongly believe that to feel truly fit, strong and resilient for life, we also need to incorporate good nutrition, self care and mindset strategies that will help you to create a great long-term habit of exercise and great nutrition.

But no-one wants it to be a chore, so its all done with ‘real life’ in mind – helping you to prioritise yourself without letting all of the other ‘plates’ drop, building habits one step at a time, and creating realistic programmes that work for you and your life.
