Let’s face it, it’s been a heck of a year! We’re going through our second lockdown, we’ve had to get used to new ways of living, we’ve had to do homeschooling, homeworking, home everything. And it’s been a real challenge for all of us.

On top of that, we’re all busy with trying to maintain that work / life / family balance and find a little bit of precious time for ourselves. Quite frankly, we’re all knackered, mentally and physically!

So, what if you could create a little bit of time that’s just for you. Time to slow down, get mindful and practice the art of meditation? It’s actually been proved to change our brains for the better, as well as being an amazing tool in our self care toolkit to maintain our health and sense of wellbeing.

 

How can ZenWoman help?

If you’re anything like me, you’ve dabbled in meditation here and there, but never made it a solid part of your routine. But I’m happy to say that completing the ZenWoman course myself was the catalyst to me creating a daily meditation routine that’s made me feel calmer, happier and more focused.

ZenWoman is truly a programme for the modern woman, designed to help you take some time out, but also build a skill for life.

Once you join, you’ll receive your welcome email a couple of days prior to your first class. This will include a self audit and a booklet to work your way through over the 7 weeks of the course.

Each class will be around an hour long and will include time to connect and a meditation practice. We’ll try some different styles of meditation over the 7 weeks to help you find what suits you.

You’ll also get a weekly email and support through the private WhatsApp group too.

This course is truly transformative. The challenges of a busy life will always be there – this will help you to navigate your way through that in the best way possible.

 

How to join

The 7-Week ZenWoman course costs £80 and spaces are limited to a maximum of 8.

We’ll get started on Monday 30th November at 7.45pm with a 1-week break on Monday 28th December.
